1. Delete Your Account in the App
Open Samfunn, go to the profile area, select Delete account and confirm the request. This action cannot be undone.
2. Request Deletion by Email
Email samfunn@norskmentor.no with the subject “Samfunn account deletion”, preferably from the address used to sign in. Include the account email and the name of the App. Do not send passwords or identity documents unless we specifically request a suitable verification step.
3. What Happens to Your Data
The deletion process attempts to remove your identity-provider account, replaces direct identifiers in the service and clears stored purchase tokens and transaction identifiers. Remaining learning records are anonymized so they are no longer linked to you.
Limited records may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention, legal claims or store reconciliation. Backups expire according to their normal retention cycle.
4. Cancel Any Active Subscription Separately
Deleting your account or uninstalling Samfunn does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it through the app store where it was purchased to prevent future renewals.
