This App is an AI-powered educational tool designed to help users practice for the Norwegian Social Studies (Samfunnskunnskap) exam. It is provided for educational and practice purposes only.

2. No Official Affiliation or Guarantee

The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by HK-dir, IMDi, UDI, Kompetanse Norge, or any Norwegian government authority. Use of this App does not guarantee passing any exam, test, or official assessment. Official exam formats, content, and requirements may change at any time.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Questions, explanations, feedback, and learning insights may be fully or partially AI-generated. AI-generated content is provided "as is", without warranties of accuracy or completeness. AI output does not represent human judgment or official sources. Errors, omissions, or outdated information may occur.

4. AI-Generated Translations and Language Support

The App may offer content in multiple languages. Language translations, explanations, and localized content may be fully or partially generated by artificial intelligence (AI). AI-generated translations are provided for convenience only and may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or unintended interpretations. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or correctness of AI-generated translations or language adaptations. The Company shall not be held liable for misunderstandings, misinterpretations, or consequences arising from the use of translated content. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the English version shall prevail.

5. Acceptance of AI Limitations

By using the App, you acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading
  • You accept these limitations knowingly and voluntarily

8. No Outcome-Based Refunds

Subscriptions provide access to content and features only, not guaranteed results. No refunds or chargebacks will be granted based on:

  • Learning outcomes
  • User dissatisfaction with personal performance or results

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App shall not be liable for:

  • Exam failure
  • Loss of opportunity
  • Incorrect or incomplete AI-generated content
  • Decisions made based on App content

10. Intellectual Property

All content, including AI-generated material, designs, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. Content may not be copied, reused, redistributed, or exploited outside the App without explicit permission.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the App or these Terms at any time, with or without notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Norway.
